How are fully diluted percentage values calculated?

CapGuru calculates fully diluted capitalization using the sum of:

1. Common stock
2. Preferred stock on a Common Stock Equivalent (CSE) basis
3. Derivatives (options and warrants), as exercised, on a CSE basis

For an LLC, we use the sum of:

1. Capital Interest units
2. Profits Interest units
3. Derivatives, as exercised

Following standard practice for cap table management, we do NOT consider Convertible Debt or Convertible Equity (SAFE) when calculating full dilution.
